These Terms of Service govern your use of this website, operated by Hydroflame Heating Incorporated ("Hydroflame," "we," "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. Service Inquiries and Quotes

Submitting the contact form, calling, or emailing us starts a conversation — it does not by itself create a service contract. A service engagement begins only when we and you (or your representative) agree on the scope and price of the work, typically through an accepted quote or signed work order. Any quote we provide is valid for the period stated on it and is based on the information available at the time.

Service Work

Heating and hot water work involves mechanical, gas, and electrical systems and must be performed by qualified personnel. We perform work in accordance with applicable codes and regulations. You are responsible for providing safe access to the equipment and for accurate information about the system and the property.

Intellectual Property

The Hydroflame name and logo, the text and layout of this site, and the photographs on it are owned by Hydroflame or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without our written consent. You may share links to our pages.

Third-Party Links

This site links to Google Maps for our address. We don't control and aren't responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydroflame is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Our liability for any service work we perform is governed by the separate service agreement and applicable law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
