Most local HVAC companies default to forced air and stop there. Hydronic systems — boilers, radiant floors, cast iron radiators — take more knowledge to design and install correctly, and it's where we spend most of our time. Water holds heat far better than air, so a hot water radiator or a heated slab stays warm long after the boiler has shut off, which means real, ongoing energy savings, not just comfort. Radiant heat works in floors, subfloors, and joist cavities regardless of ceiling height, with no ductwork or bulkheads needed, and radiant cooling is still uncommon in this climate — done correctly, it's something very few HVAC companies in the Ottawa area offer.

HVAC covers everyday indoor comfort — in a home, an office, or a commercial building. We've been providing these services since 2008: furnaces and heat pumps, air quality and ventilation, and air conditioning, sized and installed properly and serviced by the people who put them in.
High-efficiency gas furnace installation for new construction and replacements, plus diagnostic and repair work on existing units. We install Napoleon furnaces.
Cold-climate air-source heat pumps for heating and cooling, sized and installed for Ottawa winters. We install Mitsubishi heat pumps.

A self-contained system with an outdoor unit and an indoor head, no ductwork required. Ductless systems use variable-speed compressors that ramp smoothly rather than simply switching on and off, which means better efficiency and better humidity control than older central air conditioning.

A large part of our business is new construction and renovation work, residential and commercial, single-family homes and larger multi-unit projects.
On the residential side, we handle design consultation in-house — working through what system fits your needs and your budget, and walking you through the process from design to final inspection. On the commercial side, we implement to the engineer's specification, working alongside consultants, engineers, and the city to get your project across the finish line.
Planning an addition or renovation to your home or office? We offer the same consultation-to-implementation service, with the creativity to integrate new systems into existing ones. Renovations are notoriously tricky — you want a contractor with real experience, and we've spent 18-plus years working with contractors, customers, and project managers to get it right.
